Who is the Procano team?
To create the best customer experience, we have gathered some of the country's sharpest IT minds. Together, we are 35 employees, spread across our offices in Oslo and Porsgrunn. We are a good mix of people, ranging from experienced heads to promising young talents, each with their unique perspectives and ideas.
Our Oslo office is located in Skøyen, where we have fresh and newly renovated premises. Here, we play Mario Kart on a big screen, organize after-work events, and enjoy delicious meals.
In addition to being a group that likes to have fun together, we are also very focused on learning and self-improvement. With us, there is always room for questions or suggestions for improvements, and we are quick to change things when someone comes up with a good idea.
What will you be working on?
We are currently looking for a technical customer advisor for our Oslo office. In this role, you will work in a consultative and customer-focused manner at the intersection of IT and business. You will play an important role in translating the customer's needs into IT solutions, in close collaboration with technologists and the customer's management. Some of your tasks will include:
Acting as a link between IT and business by translating customer needs into technical specifications
Following up with both new and existing customers to ensure their needs are met
Communicating technical concepts in an understandable manner to customers with varying technical knowledge
Proactively following up with customers for continuous development and securing of the customer's IT platform
Evaluating and improving existing processes and tools to optimize the customer experience
Possibility for technical participation in various activities such as projects, management, and development activities
Who are we looking for?
We envision that you have:
Experience in IT, for example as an advisor, consultant, solution seller, bid manager, project manager, or similar customer-facing roles
Good overall technical understanding of Azure and the Microsoft 365 portfolio (you don't need to be operational yourself, but you need to have a good enough understanding to participate in relatively detailed conversations with our customers)
Good Norwegian and English skills, both orally and in writing
We imagine that you are a strong communicator and relationship builder who enjoys customer-focused work. You quickly understand the customer's needs and work proactively to find the best solutions. We also believe that you are structured and systematic in your approach, and that you have a good ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
