Who is the Procano team? 

In order to create the best customer experience, we have gathered some of the country's sharpest IT minds. In total, we are 35 employees, spread across our offices in Oslo and Porsgrunn. We are a good mix of people, ranging from experienced professionals to promising young talent, each with their unique perspectives and ideas.  

Our Oslo office is located in Skøyen, where we have fresh and newly renovated premises. Here, we play Mario Kart on a big screen, organize afterworks, and enjoy delicious meals.  

 In addition to being a group that enjoys having fun together, we are also very focused on learning and development. With us, there is always room for questions or suggestions for improvements, and we are quick to turn around and do things differently when someone comes up with a good idea.  



What will you work on? 

Now we are looking for an IT technician and team leader for our Oslo office. You will lead a small team consisting of two other technicians, in addition to working on service desk, operations, and project work yourself. Here, you will solve everything from simple support inquiries to complex technical issues. Here are your main responsibilities:  

  • Lead a team consisting of you and two IT technicians to deliver according to goals 

  • Handle tasks related to the service desk: support, installation, troubleshooting, on-site assignments, and participation in onboarding projects 

  • Coordinate and perform on-site assignments 

  • Ensure effective resource planning so that the team efficiently tackles technical challenges and assignments 

  • Act as the link between your own team in Oslo and the customer teams in Porsgrunn, as well as other departments and customers 

  • Actively contribute to process development to strengthen productivity and increase customer satisfaction 



Who are we looking for? 

We envision that you have: 

  • Relevant technical expertise and experience in technical infrastructure, with particular expertise in the Microsoft 365 portfolio, networking, and knowledge of Microsoft Azure. Here we value breadth over depth. 

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, including experience with IT support and/or operations 

  • Good Norwegian and English language skills, both verbal and written 

  • Class B driver's license 

If you also have relevant certifications, it's an advantage.
