Who is the Procano team?

To create the best customer experience, we have gathered some of the country's sharpest IT minds. Together we are 35 employees, spread across our offices in Oslo and Porsgrunn. We are a good mix of people, from experienced heads to young talents, all with their unique perspectives and ideas.

Our Porsgrunn office is a place where we like to have fun together, while being very focused on learning and developing. With us, there is always room for questions or suggestions for improvements, and we are quick to turn around and do things differently when someone comes up with a good idea.


What will you work on?

We are now looking for an IT technician for our Porsgrunn office. You will work with servicedesk, operations, and project work. Here you will solve everything from simple support requests to complex technical issues. Here are your main responsibilities:

  • Tasks related to Servicedesk: support, installation, troubleshooting, field assignments, and participation in onboarding projects

  • Contribute to the team effectively solving technical challenges and tasks according to goals

  • Actively contribute to process development to strengthen productivity and increase customer satisfaction

  • Opportunity to delve into and take responsibility within various product areas

 

Who are we looking for?

We envision that you have:

  • Relevant IT technical competence and experience, especially within the Microsoft 365 portfolio, as well as familiarity with networks and Microsoft Azure. Here we value breadth over depth.

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, including experience with IT support and/or operations

  • Good Norwegian and English skills, both oral and written

  • Class B driver's license

If you also have relevant certifications, that is an advantage.
