The IT sector is growing, but unfortunately, new figures from Kantar's annual survey for the ODA-Network show that the proportion of women in IT is a modest 29 percent. So, Norway needs both more IT expertise and more female technologists. Fortunately, in Procano, we have been fortunate to include several talented women in the team – and we want more! We have had a chat with 3 of them to hear what they think is great about working in Procano. 

"Procano is a generous, empathetic employer who takes the time to see the individual. As employees, we are seen and heard, and, not least, respected for the qualities we possess. The tasks are as varied as one wishes, we have structure and fixed tasks with opportunities to cultivate what we are passionate about," says Sandra Ellertsson, Senior Service Manager, with a smile on her face. 

Working together to make customers better

"The best thing about working in Procano is that we are a very positive team with the same motto of making customers satisfied and better day by day. We work together to deliver good and secure solutions to our customers in an efficient manner," says Siw Helland, Senior Project Manager at Procano.

"We are forward-leaning and with a heart for our customers to succeed. We work with complex solutions with the goal of presenting them in a simple way to our customers. This is something I am passionate about and want us to continue," says Anne Lindquist Klingberg, Servicedesk Manager at Procano, before continuing:

"There is great trust in the employees, and it is an inclusive and good working environment. The IT industry is constantly evolving, giving us many opportunities to develop and learn new things. Thus, no working day is the same, and there are constantly new challenges, but here in Procano, there is always help and support available. It is both educational, challenging, and fun here with us – what could be better than that?"
