The IT sector is growing, but unfortunately, new figures from Kantar's annual survey for ODA-Nettverk show that the proportion of women in IT stands at a modest 29 per cent. Norway therefore needs both more IT expertise and more female technologists. Fortunately, we at Procano have been lucky enough to bring several talented women onto the team – and we want even more! We had a chat with three of them to hear what they appreciate about working at Procano.
