We have talented women on the team – and we want more

The IT sector is growing, but unfortunately, new figures from Kantar's annual survey for the ODA Network show that the proportion of women in IT is a modest 29 percent. Norway therefore needs both more IT competence and more female technologists. Fortunately, we at Procano have been lucky to bring in several talented women to the team – and we want even more! We had a chat with 3 of them to hear what they think is good about working at Procano. 

"Procano is a generous, humane employer who takes the time to see the individual. As employees, we are seen and heard, and not least respected for the qualities we possess. The tasks are as varied as one desires; we have structure and fixed tasks with opportunities to cultivate what we are passionate about," says Sandra Ellertsson, Senior Service Manager, with a smile on her face. 

Together in making the customers better

"The best thing about working at Procano is that we are a very positive group who share the same motto of making the customers satisfied and better day by day. And that we work together to deliver good and secure solutions to our customers in an efficient way," says Siw Helland, Senior Project Manager at Procano.

"We are forward-thinking and have a heart for our customers to succeed. We work with complex solutions aiming to present them in a simple way for our customers. This is something I am personally passionate about and want us to be able to continue doing," says Anne Lindquist Klingberg, Service Desk Manager at Procano, before she continues:

"There is great trust in the employees, and it is an inclusive and good work environment. The IT industry is in constant development, which gives us many opportunities to grow and learn new things. Therefore, no workdays are alike, and there are always new challenges, but here at Procano, there is always help and support to be had. It is both educational, challenging, and fun here with us – what could be better than that?"
