IT Operations Apprenticeship

We are looking for more apprentices at our office in Porsgrunn. Bringing new talent into the office keeps us (that bit extra) sharp and professionally up to date – and we love that! We can promise that your apprenticeship with us will be both exciting and challenging, but above all enjoyable. Alongside skilled and competent colleagues, you will become part of a supportive, open-minded working environment that fosters professional development.

Key areas you will be working on with us include:

  • IT support and IT operations

  • Technical troubleshooting

  • User administration

  • On-site user support as required

  • Documentation (procedures, user guides, etc.)

  • Configuration and preparation of PCs and equipment

  • And much more exciting work

 

What you must be able to demonstrate:

  • Passed VG1 and VG2 in IT Operations (IT-driftsfag)

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Previous work experience or good references from work placements are an advantage, but not a requirement

For you as an IT apprentice, we provide:

  • A full-time (100%) position on a two-year contract leading up to the qualifying trade examination

  • Remuneration in accordance with standard terms for IT apprentices
