Partnership since 2012

In 2012, Qicraft Group sought a total supplier of IT solutions. They needed secure and accessible solutions to meet current needs and be flexible enough to develop alongside the company's growth.

To meet Qicraft Group's needs in 2012, we developed an operational platform based on the company's customer-owned equipment. After several years of digital progress, it became advantageous in 2017 to move parts of the third-party solutions, such as Office 365, to the cloud. This ensured that the IT solutions remained updated and useful for the users.

Procano is now Qicraft Group's total supplier of IT solutions, and we take full responsibility for operation, service, and support. We provide a complete infrastructure to the company with network as a service at all their locations. 

All of the company's 72 users are equipped with devices secured by Procano and have access to Procano user support from all their locations in Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Estonia.

Qicraft Group's business-critical logistics and financial systems are secured in Procano's data center; this is a hybrid setup seamlessly integrated with Microsoft 365 to provide users with simple and secure remote access using their personal digital identity.
